Creating a Survey Model
1. Create a Model: Go to the MODELS tab in the SURVEYS module, click + ADD MODEL, and name your survey.
2. Assign Owners: List owners responsible for overseeing submissions and reports.
3. Select Markets: Choose target markets where the survey will be published.
4. Add Questions: Click ADD A GROUP to add questions. Choose from Yes/No, Multiple Choice, Numerical, Text, Photo, or Date.
5. Save Regularly: Save your progress frequently.
DUPLICATING A MODEL
1. Select Surveys: In the MODELS tab, choose surveys to publish.
2. Choose a Folder: Select or create a folder for saving the survey.
3. Define Settings: Set the owner, deadline, and recipients (stores or specific contacts).
4. Confirm and Notify: Click CONFIRM to publish and notify contacts.
