The pharmacy network is highly competitive with non-standard points of sale, where brands don’t have a dedicated sales force. It is a challenge for Kerk Group to better guide and assist the end consumer in this highly competitive environment with very unique configurations in each pharmacy. Being able to create merchandising guidelines quickly and seamlessly is crucial for brands that work with retailers. This is the challenge that Filorga decided to take on with the IWD tools.
