Specialized’s Global Visual Merchandising team used to create brand guidelines with Photoshop to share best practices & recommendations with the different markets around the world. They contacted IWD as they were looking for a more efficient manner to firstly create and secondly communicate those VM guidelines, new marketing campaigns, fixtures, and planograms for the different regions.

After adopting IWD’s retail solutions, Specialized’s Global team leveraged the potential of having local regional VM teams to get their own software licenses so they could easily access and reuse the content created by the Global HQ, and adapt it to fit their local needs and specifics. The international adoption of the tool now saves numerous teams around the world more time on every project than they ever thought possible at its inception.
